Order & Delivery Information
• Minimum order is $60.
• Free Delivery on all orders.
• *Order before 10pm for next day delivery.
• Sometimes one or more of your items may be out of stock. Please let us know of any discrepancies with your order within 24hrs of delivery and we will issue you any necessary refunds. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any and all discrepancies.
• While we aim to minimise discrepancies as much as possible, please note that all discrepancies are settled by the issue of refunds only (ie. No second deliveries will be made for missing or damaged products on the following day unless it is at our discretion).
• Prices are updated daily to reflect Sydney market’s prices, product availability and are subject to change at any time. Updated prices will not affect orders that have already been placed.
• Want to re-order the same order for next time? Easy! Simply create an account at checkout, save your order and it’ll be there the next time you check out! To save time, download the app and place your order there.

When do we deliver?
• We deliver daily between 8am and 2pm, Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on public holidays.
• We do our best to meet specific delivery time requests. However, please note that our drivers may be delayed/early so please keep this in mind when ordering.
• If nobody is available to receive your order, it will be left at your front door. If you would like the items to be dropped at a specific location, please write it in the notes section of your order.
Where do we deliver?
• We are located in Peakhurst, St George Area, Sydney. Our service areas include: Sydney’s CBD & surrounds, North (up to, but not including, Hornsby), East, South Western Sydney (up to and including Bankstown, but not beyond), Central & North Western Sydney (Ryde & surrounds, but not to Parramatta and further), St George, Canterbury & Sutherland Areas. Please contact us if you are unsure if we deliver to your area. Please note that we will cancel orders we deem are outside our service area, so before you place your order please ensure you are located in our areas of service, and contact us if you are unsure.
• For avoidance of doubt, we DO NOT deliver to: Penrith & surrounds, Greater Western Sydney (Parramatta, Liverpool & surrounds), Campbelltown & surrounds, Blacktown & surrounds, Macarthur region, The Hills District (Tuesday deliveries only), Gosford, Central Coast, The Forest District, The Northern Beaches (including Manly & surrounds), Wollongong or Newcastle.
